When we relocated to British Columbia, we had a difficult time finding a realtor to work with, due to the fact that we were contemplating renting a property until our former home had been sold. While other realtors either failed to return our calls or referred us to Craigslist, Laurette immediately responded positively and sensitively to our situation. She helped us become familiar with the current market conditions and, once we narrowed down a community we wanted to live in, began showing us neighborhoods, homes, and even arranged for our kids to tour the school they’d be attending.
